Your Course Booking Terms and Conditions 

Dear Learner.

It is extremely important that you read your Course Booking Terms and Conditions as these form part of your contract and are legally binding, they also support me in providing the best possible learning environment for you, tailored to your specific needs.  All payments can be made via direct bank transfer. Deposit payments made to the Academy are strictly non refundable. Students who do not attend on the day will lose, or be responsible for, the full course fee. Places cannot be confirmed until full payment has been made. Please ensure that when applying for a course you hold the suitable requirements, please liaise with me if you are unsure about any specifications required, any information you disclose will not be shared and will be kept strictly confidential.

Janine Morgan Beauty, Holistics, Training reserve the right to change the location of the course, reschedule or cancel the course although this would only arise in extreme circumstances, you would in all cases be offered an alternative date. 

Whilst training at the Academy I do not accept responsibility for any direct or indirect loss or damage, foreseeable or otherwise, including any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of this website, or any information contained therein. The Academy prides itself on an extremely high standard of teaching practice adhering to all health and safety standards.

The responsibility lies with you to check that your insurance will cover you for these courses, Iif you have any questions about this please dont hesitate to contact me, my courses are accredited by ABT. Some courses here at the Academy are supported by learning resources, these are the sole property of Janine Morgan, Holistics, Make Up, Training which are fully protected by copyright. You do not have the right to reproduce the manual and will be in breach of contract by using the manual, resources or furthermore teaching from it.

I cannot provide a guarantee pass course however I will endeavour to provide as much support and advice to support my learners in achieving their desired Pass.  It is advised that in the case of short courses learners optimise their skills and performance by sufficient practice following their course. Please ensure you arrive promptly for your course as lateness will result in you missing valuable learning time which could jeopardise your end result. Please ensure any medical conditions are highlighted on the booking form. Please also be prepared to give and receive treatments throughout the course to complete and be deemed competent. Models are not provided for any courses. It is always advisable to have a second model in place in case your originnal model cancels for any reason, I cannot reschedule courses last minute in the case of a model cancelling. Please ensure you inform me if you are running late for your course commencement.

To ensure you are safe within your environment and conduct a professional demeanour please adhere to the following.

• Please wear appropriate clothing and professional dress code, a tunic and trousers where possible with hair secured and minimal jewellery. You will require short nails for practical courses and enhancements will have a negative effect on your performance.

If you cannot attend your course please make me aware as soon as possible. Further re-arrangements will be chargeable; this fee amount is at the discretion of myself.

In the unlikely event that your training course does not meet your expectations, in the first instance please email janinemorganbeautylytham@gmail.com with the details of your complaint. The complaint will need to be submitted within 48 days following your training course.  You will receive a response within 7 working days.

The Salon and Training Academy take the upmost care and attention in keeping you safe, your privacy is of upmost concern and your personal information is only used to provide you with the products and services you have requested from us.

Any training course booked will hold your personal information, in some case this may need to be shared with my insurance company. On occasion it may need to be shared with ABT. 

It is imperative that your personal information is recorded for any beauty treatment, your information is stored within extensive consultation forms which you will provide consent for. This information is held in a locked filing cabinet and is only accessible by those authorised to do so. Any information that may be stored on the salon computer is password protected. 

Any information relating to your training course registration will be held on a password protected computer. All workbooks and manuals are to be issued online. You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold on you, you must make this request in writing and we will provide this information within 30 days.

Parking outside of our premises is at your own risk. Any possessions brought onto the premises are at your own risk and the business does not accept any liability for this.
